Pamp. 1995)) or to distribute anonymous campaign literature (NMSA 1978, § 1-19-17, Repl. Pamp. 1995) enforceable in light of the United States Supreme Court's ruling in McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission, 115 S.Ct. 1511 (1995), finding a similar statute in Ohio to be an unconstitutional infringement on First Amendment free speech rights?
