to Attorney General's Opinions
For each subject entry on the Cumulative Index, there appears an
opinion number and a page number. The opinion number indicates
the year in which the opinion was issued and a sequential number
for that particular opinion. For example, Opinion 81-131 indicates
that the opinion was the one hundred thirty-first opinion issued
in 1981.
Following the opinion number, there appears for each subject entry
a page number. The page number refers to the page number of the
Opinion Volume where the opinion may be found. For example,
consider the following entry:
ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES PRACTICE ACT
Rule - definition........................ 81-90 251
This entry indicates that the opinion discussing the definition of
an administrative rule is the ninetieth opinion issued in 1981.
