Certified Nurse Midwifes and Certified Nurse A nestherists to prescribe schedule 11-V controlled substances such as oxycodone and fentanyL r allow the Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to collaborate. w ithout w ritten consent. w ith other healthcare professionals as determined by the patient's needs. including but not lmited to physicians, pharmacists. registered professional nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists and audiologists: and • restrict the General Assembly or executive branch from enacting laws or rules inconsistent with this measure?
