Your letter requesting this opinion reads as follows 'The Deputy Circuit Clerk of Lincoln County has contacted me concerning a problem and I would appreciate the opinion of the Attorney General's Of* fice on this matter, The following is an excerpt from the Circuit Court Record of Lincoln County, Missouri, dated the Twentieth day of December, 1950.
