A prisoher'sentenced to the penitentiary subject to Sec. 222.020, RSMo. 1949, serves
a cumuiative sentence. He serves the first sentence completely then starts his
second sentence.. Prison authorities are powerless to change the order in which the
sentences are served.

be considered a charitable institution.
