I h v your 1 r wherein you inquire whether those
Assistant At o ney Gen staff positions which are funded by
the Department f ev e are subject to the rules and pro-
cedures of the Department of Central Management Services [DCMS]
relating to the reemployment rights of laid-off, certified
employees. For the reasons hereinafter stated, it is my
opinion that the rules and procedures in question do not apply
