Dear Dr. Foley: Pursuant to your recuest we have amained the above referenced rules and regulations adopted.by the Board of Social Services at its September 2, 1977 meeting. Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, particularly 24-4-103(8)(b), C.R.S. 1973, this office has reviewed the rules and finds then to be within the authority of the Stzte Board to promulgate and, further, that there are no apparent constitutional or statutory deficiencies in their form or substance. Authority of the State Board to promulgate revisions to Volume V concerning removal of assessed valuation and levies informaticn lies in C.R.S. 1973, e.2-1-111(2)(a), (d), and (a); 26-1-22, as amended; 293-1-124; 26-1-103(1)() and (c).
