III TO ALL STATE AND COUNTY OFFICERS OF ALABAMA: In accordance with an Act of the Legislature of Alabama found on page 1114 of the General Acts of Alabama, Regular Session, 1935, I am submitting to you the Quarterly Report of the Opinions of the Attorney General of Alabama. This report covers all opinions rendered by the Attorney General from April 1, 1936, through June 30, 1936. The Act referred to above requires that six copies of this Quarterly Report be sent to each of the Probate Judges in the State and that the Probate Judge shall in turn deliver one volume each to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Sheriff, the Tax Collec- tor, the Tax Assessor, and the County Superintendent of Edu- cation.
