handle is hein.psc/yukon2002 and id is 1 raw text is: o I ACT TO AMEND THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT (Assented to May 30, 2002) The Commissioner of the Yukon Territory, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly, enacts as follows 1 This Act amends the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 2(1) In section 3 of the Act, the definition 'archivist' is repealed. (2) Section 3 is amended by adding the following definition to it 'records manager' means the Manager of Records Management in the Records Management Branch, Department of Infrastructure, or such other officer as is designated by the Minister. << g&rant des documents >> 3 The Act is amended by repealing the term archivist wherever it appears and substituting for it the term records manager. (2) L'article 3 de la mme loi est modifie par adjonction de la definition suivante : << g&rant des documents >> Le g&rant de la gestion des documents, Direction de la gestion des documents, ministire des Infrastructures, ou tout autre agent nomm6 par le ministre; records manager >>. 3 La mme loi est modifiee par abrogation du mot << archiviste >> partout oii il apparait, lequel est remplace par l'expression << g&rant des documents >>.
