It is hereby ordered that the tract of land situate within the NE.:.
of Section 15 and the -NW. 4 of Section 14, Township 2 Norih, Range
26 East, New Mexico -Meridian, which was formerly used as a post certpe-
tery in connection with the military reservation of EGYE-trinncr, New
Mexico; and which said tract, after the transfer of said reservation on
March 24, 1871, under the provisions of Act of Congress approved Febru-
ary 24, 1871 (16 Stat. L , 430), to the Inteior Department for disposition,
was, by Exedutive Order of May 22, 87 , reserved from sale and restored
to the custody of the War Department for 'cemeterial purposes, be placed
under the control of the Secretary of the, Interior, under Act of Congress
approved July 5, 1884 (23 Stat., L., io),. for disposition under said Act or
as may be otherwise provided bylaw--the same having-become useless for
the purposes for which reserved.
