I hear that your Criminal Law forum is quite successful and I congratulate you 'on your efforts. I am writing, though, in my capacity as Treasurer of the WBA. It has come to my attention that your membership has lapsed for non-payment of dues in fiscal year 1981-82. Your file re- flects that you had stated that your dues were paid but that a copy of your cancelled check was requested but never received. Therefore, you were dropped from the membership roles in May, 1982. Consequently, no dues notice was sent to you for fiscal year 1982-83. If you wish to reinstate your membership, the WBA requires the $45 membership fee, as well as a $10 charge to cover our administrative cost of reinstatement. I do hope we will not lose you from our membership again this year; the WBA has very much appreciated your support.
