Dear Mr. Weatherston:

This is to confirm the arrangements for the Women's Bar

Congressional Room of the Capital Hilton.

Between 6:00 and 7:00 P.M. on that day, at a charge of
$12.00 per person, the Hilton will provide six to seven pieces
per person of hot hors d'oeuvres, cheese and fruit. The.

this time. Coffee, including decaffeinated coffee, and tea
will be ready before 8:00 P.M. to be served after the program,
which will take place between 7:00 and 8:00 P.M.

There will be no minimum number of people required. The
$12.00 charge is a total figure, including food, tax, tip,

you of the number we expect to attend. We will be responsible
for that number at $12.00 per person, and $12.00 for each person
in excess of that number who actually attends. We will not
receive a setoff should there be fewer than the number we
notify you of on Friday. We will keep you apprised of any
changes in attendance expectations after 2:00 P.M. Friday.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I would
appreciate having confirmation from you of the terms outlined in
this letter. I look forward to working with you on this October
meeting, and possibly future monthly meetings.

                             Sincerely,
