This letter is based on our original proposal and will form the production agreement for the project. Scope of Work GVI will produce a 5-7 minute video to be included in the final report on the Initiative and shown at the annual awards dinner on May 16th. It will be designed to start a discussion on the Initiative within a firm, rather than act a visual version of the complete report. Using the existing interviews tapes and highlighted transcripts, we'll work with you to devise a preliminary program outline, create graphics where necessary and edit the program. GVI will supervise and conduct a day or two of videotaping to shoot interviews with Karen Lockwood and collect footage in DC and at area law firms. Throughout the project, we'll identify areas that you can take the lead on to minimize production costs. The final program will be mastered in the Digital Betacam format and as a DVD master, suitable for mass dubs. Once you have determined your requirements distribution, we can provide you with a quote for that as well.
