The three grant proposals relate to: (1) the WBA Mentoring Program (Tab 1); (2) the 1999 WBA Judicial Reception (Tab 2); and (3) a follow-on leadership retreat on diversity for the WBA and WBAF (Tab 3). We understand that the WBA Foundation presently is considering amendments to its statement of application procedures and evaluation criteria for grant proposals. In preparing the enclosed proposals, the WBA has followed the application procedures and evaluation criteria currently in effect and set forth in the 1998 WBA Directory (How to Apply for a Foundation Grant).
