FOR THE PERIOD 1964 JUNE 1 THRU 1965 MAY 31

i1, The lank statements beginning 1964 June 1 and ending 1965 May 31 have
been checked and are in agreement with the 'balances shown in the check
book stubs and the Receipts/Disbursements Journal.

2. The ledger cards for each member were checked against the receipt books.
There is a $1 difference between the total receipts and the amounts
listed in the ledger cards. Receipt #5-384 for Millie I. Taylor is
in the amount of $29. The ledger card for Miss Taylor shows payment
of 4 years dues at $7.50 each year, which equals $30.

3. The Receipts/Disbursements Journal was checked and the totals shown
are correct. The total receipts listed in the Journal are in agreement
1ith the total from the receipts books. The total disbursements listed
Ln the Journal are in agreement with the total of the check stubs.

4. The records were obtained from Miss Margaret Beller on Thursday, July 29,
and returned to her on Thursday, August 12, 1965.

5. Attached are the following reports for the period 1964 June 1 thru
1965 May 31:

c. Financial Report
