Note: Please note the proposed adjournment time. The purpose of this early
adjournment is to let those Retreat Groups, that have not yet met, get
started on their deliberations. Rebecca Smith's Board Roles and
Responsibilities Group will hold its initial meeting immediately after the
Board meeting adjourns. This timetable requires all Board members to be
ready to start at 6:30 p.m. sharp.

Dinner will be served. Please let my secretary, Barbara Offer
(662-2736), know if you will be attending and if you would like us to order
dinner on your behalf.
