      I. Approval of Minutes: The April minutes were approved as amended.

II. Executive Director's Report. The Committee and Forum Chairs' Annual
Reports are due May 31. Lora would like to compile a notebook. Submission of
the reports on disks would be helpful. The deadline for the summer newsletter has
not been set. It will probably be a week or two after the retreat. To avoid errors
for newsletter articles, it is best to e-mail them or send disk.

The retreat is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, June 25th.

WBA members who renew at the Annual Meeting will receive a lapel pin.
Memberships expire on May 31. Sue Swiatek and Julie Davis, Tax & Business
Forum, have volunteered to person a membership table at the Annual Meeting.
Committee/Forum Chairs should encourage their members to renew and encourage
others to become members. Beginning in July, there will be rolling renewals.
Committee/Forum Chairs should make sure that they have membership materials at
all of their events.

Election ballots will be counted on Friday. Additional volunteers to count
ballots would be helpful.
