I. Executive Director's Report The audit has been completed; however, we are awaiting the final paperwork from the auditors. We are in the process of making the credit card system work more effectively. Our goal is to make registration and payment by credit card a one-step process. Membership Dues: The new membership year begins on 6/1/05. If members join the WBA later in the year, their membership dues should be prorated. Later in the year, we can run a membership savings drive to assist us in recruiting new members. A system of automatic invoices will be created. Nancy Long and Donna Prince will take a technology course this summer. The RTB has been drafted and is being proofed. The Venable Foundation gave the WBA $5000 to support of our upcoming programs. II. President's Report The WBA Board has been invited to a private tour of the US Mint in Philadelphia. Only 10 places are available per tour. Social security number and date of birth should be submitted for all attendees. Co-chairs were provided with WBA letterhead. We should provide gifts for our speakers, possibly a WBA paperweight. We should also send a gift to prior speakers. Partner's Dinner: The partner's dinner will be held on February 16, 2005 at the City Club.
