RE: WBAF Board Meeting -- February 14, 1995

At our ad hoc Board meeting on January 26, 1995, we discussed changing
the date of our next Board meeting from February 14, 1995 to February 23, 1995, to
accommodate those romantic souls who (1) knew February 14 was St. Valentine's
Day, and (2) wanted to celebrate it. Unfortunately, our chosen alternative,
February 23, is the date of the WBA Doctors and Dentists Annual Dinner.
Accordingly, and please note this, the date of our next Board meeting is
February 14, 1995. Out of deference to the romantics, I will keep the meeting short. I
would appreciate your assistance in achieving this goal -- please plan to arrive so that
the meeting has a quorum, and can start at 6:30 p.m.
