I. Fazio-Keel Proposal Marjorie O'Connell summarized the proposal received from the Fazio-Keel Group which had changed tremendously from the previous contract proposed. Fazio-Keel for $5,600 would now be identifying whether the Foundation has people who are sufficiently involved and whether it actually can accomplish the tasks identified. There was much discussion on this proposed contract, comments were made that reflected the change in focus; e.g., the prior contract was to tap fund givers early on. The new proposal would not achieve that. It was agreed that we still needed a pro to put a package together and it was suggested that Marjorie O'Connell instruct Fazio to change the scope of services in the proposal back to that contemplated in the original contract.' It was also discussed that we should invite someone, maybe Sy Alpet' to talk to us and educate us regarding the fund-raising process. Also, some dis- cussion focused around the fact that much of the solitications would have to be done by Women's Bar Foundation people, even with the Fazio contract.
