Approval of Minutes * Motion was made by Karen Lockwood o revise the minutes of the prior board meeting. B. General Announceinits. * Dianne Dorlester announced that this year's annual dinner surpassed financial expectations and grossed approximately $245,000. C. Administrative Issues * Transition from Paulette Chapman to Joanne Young..- * Upcoming Board of Directors R'treat on 6/26/04 - opportunity for board members and co-chairs to share ideas and get to know each other. * Important to pre-register for upcoming Foreign Lawyers Society event.
