RE: Annual Report

As you may be aware, the Guidelines for WBA Commit-
tee Chairpersons provide that an Annual Report be prepared at
the end of the year outlining:

a. What projects/activities the committee
undertook;

b. Who was involved in the projects/activ-
ities;

c. How the project/activity was organized;

d. What the project/activity cost;

e. What fees, if any, were charged,

f.. What were the results; and

g. Recommendations on the continuation or
expansion of similar programs.

The current fiscal year ends on May 31, 1983. I
would appreciate it if you would complete your report and sub-
mit it to me on or before Friday, May 20, 1983. Thanks.
