both labor and management.
Efficiency depends on health. Medical
science and production records establish
this fact. ,
Safeguards to health include a lunch
period in every shift of 6 hours or more,
and a rest in every work period of 4 hours.
These are standards essential to maintain
the worker's efficiency.
