The emphasis is placed on the question as to whether the judicial reasoning of the Court in the area of fiscal law has any particular features. This material in this area is so vast, that this study can only be exploratory. CH.PA. GEPPAART 5 Part Two: Environmental Laws in the Gambia The situation in the Gambia represents a microcosm of activities occuring throughout Africa today in the struggle to find affective programmes of environmental reform.
