handle is hein.journals/stloulawyr21 and id is 1 raw text is: The Bar Associatinn nf Metropolitan St. Louis NEWS BULLETIN Vol. XXI, No. 1 1980 Bench and Bar Conference May 30, 31, June 1, 1980 Over 114 lawyers and 40 judges attended the First Annual Bench and Bar Conference sponsored by The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis in cooperation with The St. Louis County Bar Association, The Lawyers Association, The Wom- en Lawyers Association and The Mound City Bar Association. Partial funding support came from the St. Louis Bar Foundation. Without exception those lawyers and judges attending the conference felt that it was an important step forward in strengthening bench-bar relations and proposing solutions to ongoing problems in the adjudica- tion systems of the City and County Circuit Courts.
