The first editor was William J. Millard. Upon his resignation in the early part of 1926 he waS succeeded by the Sylvesters -- Charles Lincoln and Alvin McKinley. When Chic resigned in the fall of 1927, the present editor was given the job of oarrying on, by Charles H. Tuttle. SCRAPS has con- tinued to appear during the administration of Ceorge Z.
