Introduction Distribution according to labor is the subject of China's distribution system. The current Constitution stipulates the distribution system including distribution according to labor, together with the basic economic system in article 6, at the head of the economic system in the general outline chapter, which leads the whole constitutional conception of econ- omic life. This shows the importance of its role in the system of constitutional norms. Distribution according to labor is also one of the key rules of the labor system in the Con- stitution. Whether it can be implemented not only affects the realization of the right to labor, but also reflects the status of laborers in national political and economic life. It is also widely regarded as an important feature of socialism. Whether its position is conso- lidated and fully realized is related to the stability and development of the fundamental system of a country. It is precisely because of the supporting function of distribution according to labor in many aspects in the Constitution that the norm of it is written in the Constitution of 1975, the Constitution of 1978 and the current Constitution of China.
