Thanks to the tireless efforts of JICL's founding members and current staff as well as the strong support of the Notre Dame Law School community, it has been an honor to join the ranks of Notre Dame's other prestigious law journals and the dozens of international law reviews worldwide. Given the international locations of our readers and authors, we designed JICL to be an exclusively digital journal. We hope to help lead the way toward a more accessible, environmentally friendly approach to legal scholarship. Supported by our exceptional international law programs and faculty at Notre Dame Law School, we look forward to fostering lively discussions on timely issues in international law, both in the public and private sectors.
