Pentru a aprecia complexitatea dreptului de autor in relatie cu IA' este esential sa avem o viziune clard asupra protec,tiei dreptului de autor in sine, despre care se poate aprecia cd este reglement din punct de vedere international si na,tional, comparativ cu inexisten,ta unor reglementori similare din domeniul IA, pentru protec,tia creatorilor non-umani. Pe mdsurd ce tehnologia AI continuo so evolueze, ne propunem so eviden,tiem necesitatea unei reforme legislative care so abordeze in mod explicit caracteristicile unice ale lucrorilorgenerate de IA. Introducere La sfarsitul secolului XX, dezvoltarea stiintei si tehnicii era asimilati unei formule sugestive denumits ,,accelerarea istoriei care evidentia saltul de la era industrials in cea atomica si saltul de la energia vaporilor la energia atomului'A. In ceea ce priveste revolutia industrials, se poate constata in mod progresiv, inlocuirea muncii fizice a omului cu cea a robotilor2, care transforms munca intelectuali in produse finite - necesare progresului omenirii. Asadar, activitatea intelectuala, considerati apanajul exclusiv al creierului omenesc a cunoscut o evidents revolutie, aceasta fiind inlocuits cu programe de calculator, apanajul tehnologiei informatiei TI3, care la randul lor pot inlocui munca fizica a multor oameni4. PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL CREATION VERSUS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) Constantin ANECHITOAE** Abstract: The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many fields, raising questions about intellectual property rights and copyright over these creations. To appreciate the complexity of copyright in relation to AI, it is essential to have a clear vision of copyright protection itself which can be seen as a regulation from an international and national perspective, compared to the lack of similar regulations in the field of AI, for the protection of non-human creators. As AI technology continues to evolve, we aim to highlight the need for legislative reform that explicitly addresses the unique characteristics of AI-generated works. Key words: Artificial intelligence, intellectual property, copyright. 1. Introduction At the end of the 20th century, the development of science and technology was assimilated to a suggestive formula called the acceleration of history which highlighted the leap from the industrial to the atomic age and the leap from steam energy to atomic energy 17 Regarding the industrial revolution, we can see the progressive replacement of human physical labor with that of robots 18, which transform intellectual labor into finished products - necessary for the progress of humanity.
