Number 1

As a result of the questionnaire included in the April 1974 issue
of The Judges' Journal, it has been decided that, beginning with the
April 1975 issue, the Journal and Oyez! Oyez!, the Bulletin of the
Judicial Administration Division, will be joined into one publica-
tion. Therefore, instead of receiving the regular February issue of
Oyez!, all Division members have received this issue of the Journal
and will receive the April issue and all subsequent issues of the
Journal which will include all information and columns previously
contained in Oyez!
The Editorial Board hopes all Division members will approve
of and benefit from this new format. We would appreciate your
comments.
