If photographs are submitted they should be at least 8x10 inch, black and white prints of studio quality. Cap- tions should be included, as well as textual notes indicat- ing proper placement. All articles submitted, (excluding news items), should be accompanied by a one paragraph resume of the author(s). Full length resumes will not be considered. ALL materials submitted should be received by the Executive Editor no later than 60 days prior to the issue date of the next Joumal issue. Later submissions will be considered for later issues.
