handle is hein.journals/inteulst9 and id is 1 raw text is: EDITORIAL Dear readers, Dear colleagues & friends, We are happy to present you issue 1, volume IX, of the INTEREULAWEAST Journal. The current issue contains nine scientific papers and two professional papers covering various legal and economic topics. We are also happy to introduce you to some changes regarding editorial board and managing of the Journal that were made in January 2022. The editori- al board welcomed three new members, assistant professor Dora Naletina from University of Zagreb, professor Vaclav Smejkal from Charles University Prague and Dr Kristijan Poljanec from University of Zagreb. Meanwhile, as- sociate professor Dmitry Galushko from Voronezh State University withdrew from the editorial board. Assistant professor Zvonimir Safranko was appoint- ed as a new co-editor with professor Hana Horak, while professor Rajko Knez remains as the member of editorial board. We sincerely hope that aforemen- tioned changes will bring some new energy, ideas and further improvements to our Journal. As already announced in the previous issue, ahead of us is the 5th Internation- al Conference on European Company Law and Corporate Governance that will be organized by the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Za- greb and partners. The Conference will be held remotely in the last quarter of the year. Traditionally, the second issue of volume IX will be published as a special issue on company law and corporate governance containing papers presented at the Conference.
