The Arbitration Brief is a student publication of the American University Washington College of Law. The Arbitration Brief aims to become a leading academic publication for arbitration-related matters in the United States and abroad. The Arbitration Brief is an entirely student-run organization. We publish articles submitted by professors, arbitrators, practitioners, and students alike. All articles are selected, edited, and published by the Brief's editorial board and staff.
