               A Note from the Editors-in-Chief:
            Gabriella Mestre and Olivia Schwartz

It has been our distinct honor to serve as Editors-in-Chief of the
Harvard Business Law Review for Volume XVI. We are deeply grateful to our
extraordinary Editing team for the countless hours spent reading, refining, and
strengthening every piece we publish. Your dedication to thoughtful editing
and intellectual rigor ensures that the work appearing in these pages reflects
the highest standards of scholarship.
We would also like to thank our Submissions team for the tremendous care
and diligence you bring to reviewing each article submitted for our review.
Your commitment to identifying thoughtful and innovative scholarship allows
the Journal to continue advancing conversations at the forefront of Corporate
and Business law.
To our Columnists, thank you for helping ensure that student voices
remain a vibrant part of the Journal. Your perspectives enrich HBLR and
create space for emerging voices within the broader legal conversation.
We are equally grateful to our Operations and Finance teams, whose
behind-the-scenes work makes everything possible. Your efforts sustain not
only the Journal's daily operations but also the sense of community that
makes the Harvard Business Law Review the institution it is.
We also extend our sincerest appreciation to our faculty advisors. Your
guidance, encouragement, and willingness to share your expertise help
maintain the intellectual excellence that defines HBLR.
Finally, we would like to thank the broader Corporate Law community,
scholars, practitioners, and readers, who entrust us with their ideas and
scholarship. It is an honor to help shape the conversations that define the field.
Serving this Journal has been a privilege we will always treasure. We are
deeply proud of this Fall edition and look forward to publishing the Spring
edition together.

    Sincerely,
    Gabriella Mestre & Olivia Schwartz
