Beginning with this issue (18:1), Professor Robert H. Cox of the University of Oklahoma joins Graham Wilson and Bert Rockman as a co-editor of Governance. His e-mail is rhcox@ou.edu. All manuscripts should be sent to each editor. As of June 30, 2005, Bert Rockman will step down as part of the editorial team after having served as a co-editor since 1997. As of July 1, 2005, Robert Cox will assume the management duties for the edi- torial team and correspondence will be directed from that point from the Uni- versity of Oklahoma. Professor Cox is the current Book Editor of Governance. Beginning with the April 2005 issue (18:2), the duties of Book Editor will be assumed by Professor Joseph Wong of the University of Toronto.
