Ga.), a federal prisoner and his wife brought an action for damages against the warden of the prison where plaintiff husband was incarcerated. The Pistrict Court, granting a motion to dismiss, held that the regulation of the prison denying conjugal visits to married prisoners and their wives was not a denial of equal protection (Continued on page 7) By Edwin S. I do so, however, with humility and even a touch of trepidation, for my professional tax experience has been derived more from marrying or divorcing business organizations than human beings, more with parent and subsidiary than parent and child.
