I would like to start by thanking Dr Yvette Russell for her dedication and extraordinary work on the journal that spanned a decade (2013-2023). Yvette joined as an editorial board member and immediately took on the role of co-ordinating edi- tor (Co-Ed), before stepping up as editor in Chief (EiC) 2019-2023. It is difficult to summarise the breadth of work engaged in during this time, and Yvette excelled at all aspects of it, including managing the review process of articles, consistent board attendance and engagement with the review process, expansion of the membership of the board, editorial and production oversight of our ever-increasing number of submissions, negotiations with our publisher, reviewing many of our essential poli- cies and processes, and organising a retreat in Bristol for board members in 2022. Yvette also turned the journal's collective editorial space into a place of care at a time when we were all hugely challenged by living with the Covid-19 crisis. She leaves the journal in excellent shape and I am truly grateful to be taking over such a well organised set of practices. Her imprint on the journal will be felt for a long time to come. All of us at FLS would like to wish Yvette the best in her future endeavours, and look forward to engaging with her in our feminist academic and political work. As of 2023, a number of changes regarding roles and membership have taken place. We say good-bye to Dr Sharon Thompson who sat on the board 2018-2023 as editorial board member and also as a Book Review editor, and Dr Flora Renz, who was a board member 2018-2023. We would like to thank both Sharon and Flora for all their work on the journal. You will be missed! I have the pleasure of taking on the role of EiC and I will be working closely alongside Dr Kay Lalor, who is now our production editor. Dr Lalor is a longstanding and committed board member who has worked in many roles on the board since 2018, including co-ed between 2018 and Dr Katie Cruz, Editor in Chief Katie Cruz katie.cruzdbristol.ac.uk Bristol, UK Springer
