This Issue is dedicated to her memory. Josephine was a brilliant scholar and jurist with an extraordinary career ahead of her. Josephine's tenure was marked by an outstanding attention to the major issues of international law and an exceptional discernment for quality articles. Her stewardship solidified the Law Review's status among the highest echelons of international and comparative legal scholarship. Editors-in-Chief never operate alone, and neither did Josephine, as she was surrounded by editors and staff members who admired both her intellect and leadership. Josephine Hardin manifested throughout her life all the highest ideals and aims of Emory Law. She was the best of us. May she rest in peace.
