COVID-19 has shuttered businesses, schools, and communities alike. Our classes and meetings have been forced onto Zoom, and the days (and nights) spent in Duke Law School now feel like distant memories. But despite the challenges of the past year-tumultuous politics, Zoom fatigue, the normal stress of law school, and the loss of friends, family, neighbors, and mentors to COVID-19-the DJCLPP team showed up in full force. So, this Volume is a testament to their diligence, hard work, and compassion for one another in spite of the challenges we have faced.
