Formerly known as The Dhaka University Studies, Part-F, the journal was established in 1989. It publishes articles, commentaries, notes and book/case reviews covering a wide range of contemporary legal issues. The journal aims to foster legal scholarship through original contributions from scholars, researchers and practitioners with particular emphasis, where appropriate, on the relationship of law with other disciplines.
