In March 2020, the Editor and Publisher received a claim of plagiarism, which the Publisher has investigated and found to be of merit. Additionally, there is a finding of misrepresentation of qualifications and experience. In the view of the Publisher, the article is unacceptable for publication and therefore retracted.
