    The  HLAB  report, framed by six transformative shifts
in terms of rebuilding trust in multilateralism, planet and
people, global finance, digital and data governance, peace
and  prevention, and anticipatory action, calls for joint
efforts to address current and future crises and strengthen
multilateral cooperation to deliver breakthroughs for people
and the planet.
    In the lead-up to the report's release, President Xu and other HLAB members met
in Geneva  in late February, during which the UN entities at the Office in Geneva were
informed of the report's progress. On April 4, Danilo Turk, former President of Slovenia,
and Xu attended another event On Multilateralism Today held by the UN entities in China
and gave keynote speeches as HLAB  members.
