Los tratados internacionales suscritos en el marco de la misma se aplican para regular cuestiones relacionadas con la Cooperación Jurídica Internacional en materia civil con países europeos que no forman parte de la Unión Europea, como el Principado de Andorra; que conmemoró el 30 aniversario de la promulgación de la Constitución Andorrana de 1993. Abstract: Spain joined the Hague Conference on Private International Law in 1893, so 2023 marks the 130th anniversary of that accession. The international treaties signed within the framework of the Conference are applied to regulate issues related to International Legal Cooperation in civil matters with European countries that are not part of the European Union, such as the Principality of Andorra, which commemorated the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Andorran Constitution of 1993.
