He has trained and practised in mediation and arbitration in Australia and the USA. Since conducting a public inquiry in 1992, he has practised substantially in tribunal work. He presided over a state tax tribunal for 18 years and currently holds statutory appointments. He has had more than fifty decisions published in law reports. His decisions have reached the High Court on five occasions. He has published extensively on the failings of our law. This is his fifth book on the law.
