In what I consider a sick twist of fate, I wrote this Note soon before being diagnosed with breast cancer. I would like to dedicate this Note's publication to my hero: my mom, Celia Daly, who inspired me to seize control of my health and demand informed answers, who doggedly pursued answers on my behalf when I was too tired and ill to do so, and without whom I never would have caught my cancer as early as I did.
