Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States ofAmerica in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the Emergency Supplemental Appro- priations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief, 2005. SEC. 2. TABLE OF CONTENTS. REFERENCES. Except as expressly provided otherwise, any reference to this Act contained in any division of this Act shall be treated as referring only to the provisions of that division.
