          DIGEST

          Request for reconsideration of a prior decision denying a protest is denied, where
          the protester does not show that the prior decision contains errors of fact or law that
          warrant reversal or modification of the decision.
          DECISION

          Sigma Space Corporation (Sigma), of Lanham, Maryland, requests reconsideration
          of our decision in Sigqma Space Corp., B-410062 et al., Oct. 16, 2014, 2014 CPD
            309, in which we denied Sigma's protest challenging the award of a contract
          issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/Goddard Space Flight
          Center (NASA) to Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI), of Lanham,
          Maryland, under request for proposals (RFP) No. NNG1 3454034R, for hydrospheric
          and biospheric sciences support services.

          We deny the request for reconsideration.

          BACKGROUND

          On August 15, 2013, NASA issued the RFP for a variety of scientific support
          services as a small business set-aside with a total estimated value of $250 million.
