The report was prepared by a firm of certified pu')lic accountaats. It included a statement of the scope of audit and the auditorms opinion that the financial statements precert fairly, on a case basis, the financial posit..on of the organization at September 30, 1977, and the results of operations from cash transactions and changes in fund oalancc3 for the year then ended in conformity with generally accepted accostming principles applied on a consistent basis.
