The name of the corporation is THE COURT OF LAST %ESORT FOUND iTION. ARTICLE II. The pur ose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows: (1) To promote and improve the Administra- tion of Justice and good law enforcement with respect to criminal offenses, and particularly serious crimes, to the end that fewer innocent persons are accused, arrested or convicted and more guilty persons are apprehended and punished.
