The Committee on Foreign Affairs, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 3342) to impose sanctions on foreign persons that are respon-
sible for gross violations of internationally recognized human rights
by reason of the use by Hizballah of civilians as human shields,
and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favor-
ably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do
pass.
